Jennifer Aniston, whose nude pictures from the movie Break-Up had leaked on to the net a few days ago… has sued a celebrity blogger for publishing her topless pictures.
Mario Lavandeira, celebrity blogger known as Perez Hilton on the Internet was sued for publishing the photos that according to Universal City Studios Productions LLLP, were “misappropriated and illegally copied” from the set of “The Break-Up”.
The lawsuit, claiming copyright infringement and filed in U.S. District Court, said Lavandeira “posted all or parts of the stolen footage from the motion picture on his Web site.”
The suit seeks an injunction barring further distribution of the picture and requests a court order “directing the U.S. Marshal to seize” the copyrighted material from the 28-year-old blogger.
